Thanks everybody for visiting with us for a while this weekend at The Fly Fishing Show in Marlboro. We had a great time introducing Pittsburg and Tall Timber to some new folks and catching up with many of our tried and true TTL veterans.
Jon, Angus and Dave were all shoveling some serious poop dispensing great advice on fishing opportunities in our area over the course of the weekend, and we were also very fortunate to run in to a few friends that we haven’t seen in a while as well. The Show seemed pretty busy, especially on Saturday, and there were lots of informative seminars on fishing different parts of New England, various fishing tips and techniques, and don’t forget all of the new equipment.
Looks like we picked up a few more students for the Tall Timber Fly Fishing Schools, and we may some more developments on our lineup of schools as well.
In other words, I continually wished I could have “gone to the Show”.
If you didn’t make it to the Tall Timber booth for this show, you can catch us in Worcester, MA in three weeks at the New England Fishing & Outdoor Expo (February 8 – 10).

It’s nice that one of your regulars won the raffle this past weekend. Fishing was a little slow with the -10 degrees weather. Great meal at the Rainbow Grill, thouigh. Sorry we missed most of you.

Yes – we’re very happy that Dan won the raffle at the Fly Fishing Show. He’s put in his time at the Lodge and we always have a good time with him when he’s up.
