6/1 Trophy Stretch Report
Dave and Angus accompanied me on a fact finding mission today to the Trophy Stretch, to see if the recent rumors of a stocking truck were true. Indeed they were, as we all ended up catching rainbows immediately, mostly on nymphs and streamers. The flow is still at 300 CFS here – a little on the high side and caution should be taken when crossing the river right now, but there’s fish there, and the flow has actually helped spread the fish out around the river.
